What is your refund policy?
Stores in the United States and Canada offer a 14-day money back guarantee. Products may only be returned within 14 days of the date the product was shipped to you. Digital / virtual products are non-refundable unless the purchase is a pre-order. (During the holiday season, we extend our normal 14-day return policy. Holiday gifts you purchase between November 22nd and December 24th can be returned until January 14th the following year.)
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the Submit for Return option.
How do I request a replacement?
If for some reason your product does not work as expected, or is missing parts when it arrives, and you are within the 14 day return policy, please contact Customer Service to request a replacement.
When will I see my credit appear in my account?
After receiving your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account. The amount of time this takes will vary based on your banking institution.
